Bent's new thing is dancing. Whenever he hears music he starts moving. And jumping. He even dances to commercials if they have a catchy tune. Sometimes I'll glance back at him in the car and he's moving side to side to the radio. I have no idea where he's picked it up. We watch So you think you can dance, (okay - I watch it) and as soon as they start dancing, B's moving it right along with them.
Here's some of his moves - (it's a little over a minute, just warning you. Just when I thought he was done...he wasn't.)
And I hesitate to put this one on here because our room is a mess, but it is one of the best clips I got of him. Keep in mind I had just thoroughly cleaned our front room & kitchen. I just hadn't got to our room yet, and that's where he decided to bust a move.
A little background to this video: Bent had gone in my room and shut the door, which he is prone to do these days, but he doesn't know how to open doors yet. He had been in our room for a good five minutes with no crying, and I decided to take advantage of it since I was cleaning the kitchen. After a while of silence, I opened the door - with the camera - and this is what I found:
(I had the radio on loud so I could hear it in the kitchen - our computer speakers decided to not work for us anymore. It gets really quiet in our apartment now, and I need noise.)

haha, oh my gosh, Stone is TOTALLY dancing and loving it, too. Hilarious!! They are such entertaining lil' boys. I can't believe how much of a little big boy Bently is now!
When that kid makes it to the top 20 of SYTYCD (we're huge fans, too :)) he definitely has my vote.
Chelsea that is way to cute!!! He knows some good moves!! Sometimes the girls and I have dance parties!! They love it!
he really has that movin' backwards thing going on. And...I'm addicted to SYTYCD! It is hands down the best part of my week.

byw, thank you for that, I needed to smile. It's been a tough week for me. I'm worried about school and Gabe and all the crap that comes with our public school system. (man, now I'm crying) Honestly, thank you. love you.
You're kid can dance! I'm surprised he doesn't fall over more often. We totally watch So you Think you can Dance at our house. This week a really good one came on and Christie and I were both bopping we turned and looked at eachother and I said, "I can't hold still," and she said, "Yah, I know." We totally know how Mr. B feels. sometimes you just can't stop yourself.
So cute. Eli is gonne be our dancer - Dean, not so much. I caught Eli busting a move to his Drop-and-roar Dinosaur this morning. It was awesome.

I'm surprised that B isn't the next internet phenomenon. I'm still laughing about this video, and it's been, what, 2 weeks now? Can't wait to see him for real next weekend!
