There isn't that much happening around here.
The weather has finally turned Fall-ish, and I am loving it.
I find myself turning off the A/C and opening all the windows.
It makes me want to go to a pumpkin patch & start cooking things with pumpkin in it.
(I never liked foods with pumpkin in them until about a year ago. Strange, I know.)
Blake is changing every day. It is exciting but making me kind of sad at the same time.
B is shooting up like a weed, it's crazy. He is now in the stage of asking "Why?" about everything.. I've been dreading this day. Half the time I explain why, and half the time I tell him, "Because I'm the Mom and I said so." I believe I've earned that right by now. :)
I'm so glad my kids inherited the Jackson gene of the bright blue eyes.
Doesn't this picture make you want to eat her cheeks? I do. Daily.

Chelsea,
I love the pictures and this blog. I got a good laugh and I need as many as I can get these days.
The kids are adorable as always.
I am SO not looking forward to the "why" phase. I'd forgotten that kids go through that until I was babysitting someone else's child a few months ago. When Ben was "why"ing, I would just either give him some super-complicated answer or ask him what he thought about it. Those worked for him. Hopefully that will work for Adam, though it may not since almost every other parenting strategy is totally different with him than with Ben. Fun times. :)
Again, they need to change the rules so that you can send a baby to relatives then we'll send them back. ;)
And excuse me? Where's Eli's shirt?!!! (I love that one.) Moms' got some explaining to do....
I have about two tons of pumpkin in my fridge (okay not really that much, but a lot!) I will have to get some good recipes from you. I like how B is eating his car in that one picture! ;)
We are also in that why phase. Why does it rain? Why does that bird fly? oh my. I am also giving the because answer sometimes because I just can't keep answering!
