I know - we were shocked, too. We thought it was for sure a boy.
Now we are back at square one for names.

Things I have to put in print or I will forget:
(2/10/2011) B, running out of the play room: "Mom, my car just flew through the tunnel off the ramp!!"
Me: "Cool, buddy!"
Running back to his room, paused and looked back and said in a serious voice: "It's because it has magic in it."
(11/11/2010) Bentley was watching me pick up toys in our backyard after a downpour so they could dry, shouted at me through the window: "Mom! Thanks for being such a great helper!!"
I was looking at some really cute outfits my sister bought for Blake.
B: "Did Jody get those outfits for Blake?"
Me: "Yeah, she did!"
B: "Oh. That was nice of her!"
B, noticing a cut I had on my toe: "Mom, how did you hurt your toe?"
Me: "On one of your toys, remember?"
B: "Oh, one of my freaking toys?"
Me, laughing: "Yeah, that's probably what I said at the time!"
(After finding B, who we thought was asleep for the night, on his bed with ALL the blankets he owns on it, with his diaper off, sitting next to a puddle of pee on the mattress:)
Me: "I'm not happy with you."
B: "I'm not happy with me, either."
(A conversation between B and his Nana while we were in Dallas. Not sure what they were debating over, but it is still funny.)
My mom: "Yes, it is."
B: "No, it's not."
My mom: "Yes, Bentley, it is."
B: "No it's not, you little liar!!"
Note to self: Don't call your son a little liar, even in jest.

Okay, pick a name now. You could name her Lexus or Camry. Lol.
Funny because I told chris she could be named mercedes or Porcia. Can't wait to hear the name.

And as you can see from Ana, having a girl is really not so different from having a boy...there is still lots of running, yelling, and climbing. Just in pink!

I was actually secretly hoping we'd have a girl first. We had a name & bedding picked out & everything. See what happens when you plan? Can't wait to hear what you come up with for her name. Everything sounds good with Jackson (except...maybe steer clear of Janet).

Wow! The force will be balanced again in your home. :) I have a really hard time with girl names, so hopefully you guys are better off than we would be!! Congrats!!!
Congrats! I must say that girls are way fun, but then again I'm a little bias seeing as we only have a girl. The best part of having a baby girl is seeing the way your husband is with her. It's totally priceless the way they melt around those sweet little things. She's going to have Dave wrapped around her little finger in no time.

CONGRATULATIONS! no one is having boys right now so you had to have a girl...ooh there are so many cute girl clothes....i find myself ALWAYS ALWAYS looking for stuff..i love it ...i cant wait until she plays with dolls and we go to the american girl store together and stuff!!!
