Bent's toy of choice lately has been any of my big plastic spoons or spatulas. I don't mind, and he loves running around hitting random balls lying on the floor with them, or seeing how many different sounds he can find by hitting them on the fridge, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen floor...you get the point. He also, on occasion, has been known to fish things out from under the couch with them. We're pretty sure he's a genius like that. Anyway, he was being pretty quiet today and I figured out that is never good. As I started searching, and wondering in the back of my mind if I remembered to shut our bathroom door, I heard faint splashing. Inwardly cursing myself (well, not really - You know what I mean), I turned the corner and found B with the spoon in the toliet bowl. As soon as he saw me, he turned and bolted. Laughing.
Psshh.
Boys. (Can I blame it on that?)

(Don't let the cute face fool you. He's sneaky.)

Those pics are so cute! I love how he's already a little athlete.
Ha ha! Silence is never golden with small children. (Like I realized something was up with Adam when he was quiet - hello cockroach head!!) How funny. That's awesome that he's so handy with the spoon too - we'll have to have him come over and fish stuff out from under our couch for us too. :)
Ba-hahahaha! I know that's hilarious (I know... until I have my own child...)
So funny! In that last picture you know he is thinking of the next thing he is going to do to get you! :) I love it!
I totally know the feeling of "it's too quiet in here". So great that he was playing in the bathroom, every parent has to have a story about that!! By the way, I have stuff to tell you at church tomorrow, so remind me if I forget! See ya later
The Toilet bowl is ALWAYS a great hang out for a little 1 year old.
Ella started walking just before my parents came for a visit and so I was NOT in the habit of closing the bathroom door. I'm sure my parents were like, "can she not keep this child out of the toilet" The worst was when me mom would bring her to me all wet, BUT HAPPY! :)
