What a weirdo

Lately, this is how he has been crawling when he goes outside. (He does it with pants on, too. But the whole pants thing doesn't happen very often. KIDDING. What kind of mom do you think I am?) He looks like some weird, mutant creature to me. Now he can go from that position to standing up. This was just the transistion phase. That, and I don't think he likes his knees touching the cold ground.

I had to throw these next pictures in. They could be blackmail material one day:

And yes, those are tampons he is playing with.

They look like popcicles to me

Haha. Those should go in the slideshow on his wedding day. Classic!

Just so you know, Dean did that mutant crawl for a while too. What is it with boys and their knees? Bentley has the right idea though, you should see Dean's knees now that he doesn't do that. They are always bruised and scabbed! (I did just buy him knee pads for when we bike ride - maybe he should wear them always.) :o)

Hey Chels....that's the famous baby crab crawl! It's basically for kids who know how to crawl "normal", but don't want to. I think they can move faster like that than just regular crawling.

Oh, Eli has the same facination with tampons. He likes to pull them out of the applicators and swing 'em around. Whatever. I guess we should be grateful they're "unopened" tampons. Don't you remember the story about when Tippet's son (what's his name?) was little? Sandi was having a RS meeting at her house, he was upstairs emptying garbages and came downstairs with a USED applicator IN HIS MOUTH! He said, "Hey Mom...look! I found a whistle in the garbage!" Now THAT'S some blackmail material!

You'd think his back would hurt after crawling like that...

Chelsea,
Thank you for letting us be a part of Bentley's growing up. I don't miss you near as much.

What's the big pink thing on his left?

Oh, that pink thing on the left of him is a shaver for legs. I've had it for who knows how long.
