We went to Waco after the fourth of July and had fun with Dave's family. The whole time we were there, Bentley cracked 4 or 5 smiles the entire time. (We were there for 4 days or so.) It was incredible - we had all these adults gathered around him, and we got nothing. As you will notice, there is one picture in these pics I've posted where he is smiling.

We even tried enticing him by taking him to a spray park.

It's like he was doing US a favor by coming to the spray park.
This one is classic: while baby Jack is completely enthralled by the toy we were dangling in front of them, Bentley appeared too cool to even look at it. Notice the "James Dean" gaze off into the distance.
I don't even know what to say about this picture. :)

UGH I knew you guys had to be out of town or something! Those pictures were SO funny! The last one seriously brought me to tears I was laughing so hard! Looks like you guys had fun! ; ) Chels call me!
Your son cracks me up! And you guys seem to get the funniest pictures of him. You wonder what's going on in his head. Or better still, what he'll say when he starts to talk, hmmmmm.... Kiss him for us! :o)
I often wonder how we were entertained before we had kids! Your son is a doll!!
I love the two where Dave is holding him over the water. It's as if he is saying, "would you guys please stop. This is getting old." =)
Haha - I love the last one! What did you do to him to evoke a face like that? Just kidding. Children are never quite as amused as we would like them to be - and after all we do for them?!?! (which in my case is sometimes more for me than Dean):o)
